Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between GPS24 (Company ID: 43908624, Tax ID: 2022510853, VAT ID: SK2022510853, "Seller") and the customer ("Buyer") for the supply of GPS trackers and related services via the website gps24.sk.
2. Order and Contract Formation
Orders can be placed via the contact form, email, or phone. The contract is formed upon the Seller's confirmation of the order. The Seller reserves the right to decline an order if a product is unavailable.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are stated excluding VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. One-time fees include the device price, service activation (plan registration and SIM card), and installation if required by the selected device. Monthly fees cover service operation according to the current price list. Payment is made by bank transfer or as individually agreed. An invoice is issued by email.
4. Delivery and Installation
Devices are delivered by courier or installed directly by a GPS24 technician. The installation date is agreed individually. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
5. Warranty and Complaints
GPS24 devices carry a 24-month warranty. Complaints can be submitted by email to info@gps24.sk or by phone. Complaints will be resolved within 30 days of receipt.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned undamaged and complete.
7. Privacy
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy available at gps24.sk.
8. Final Provisions
These terms are governed by Slovak law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent Slovak court. The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes take effect on the date of publication.
